Lori Henkener, M.A., CCC-SLP

Kristi Dehaan’s career as a Speech Language Pathologist spans over 20 years.  She is a specialist in voice and swallowing disorders and feels privileged to participate in the rehabilitation of patients with hoarseness, dysphagia and/or head and neck cancer.  Kristi feels she is an educator at heart. She has a knack for taking complicated medical terminolgy and putting it into terms everyone can understand.

Kristi enjoys taking continuing education courses in voice, swallowing, and breathing disorders to learn new compensatory strategies, exercises and treatment modalities she can share with her patients.  Whether it is providing an individualized swallowing exercise program for a patient preparing for chemoradiation, teaching a laryngectomee patient a new way to speak or providing vocal warm-ups for a person experiencing chronic hoarseness; Kristi is dedicated to providing the highest level of care.
