Sanaa Peer, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 13 years of experience in otolaryngology. A Houston native raised in the Spring-Klein area, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Before joining Texas ENT Specialists, she spent 13 years caring for ear, nose, and throat patients alongside a Houston-area ENT physician, building lasting relationships through compassionate, individualized care.  She is very excited to welcome patients to Texas ENT Specialists and looks forward to getting to know the community she'll be serving.

Ear & Hearing

The ears help us hear the sounds around us, as well as maintain our balance when we stand and walk. When pieces of the ear are infected or begin not to work properly, your hearing and balance can be impacted.

Sinus

Your sinuses are hollow cavities that help found around the noses and eyes. Their walls are lined with mucus that helps filter and humidify our air. If this mucus does not drain properly, the sinuses can become blocked. This leads to problems such as sinus infections or other conditions.

Biography

Sanaa Peer, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 13 years of experience in otolaryngology. A Houston native raised in the Spring-Klein area, she graduated from Klein High School before attending the University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Biology, graduating summa cum laude in 2007. She went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2012, where she was nominated by faculty for membership in the UTMB Chapter of Alpha Eta, the national honor society for allied health professionals.

Prior to joining Texas ENT Specialists, Sanaa spent 13 years working alongside a respected Houston-area ENT physician, caring for patients with a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions until his retirement in 2026. Throughout her career, she has been guided by a simple belief: that the best patient care starts with listening. She takes the time to explain each patient's condition and treatment options in clear, understandable terms so that care decisions are made together, not handed down. Her goal is to provide compassionate, individualized care and build the kind of long-term relationships where patients feel confident placing their health in her hands.

Sanaa is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (PA-C) and maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications through the American Heart Association. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA).

Outside of the clinic, Sanaa is happily married to a physician and is the proud mother of two children. She is active in her community as a Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader, and enjoys mentoring young people and volunteering in her free time. An avid traveler and self-proclaimed Disney enthusiast, she loves making new memories outdoors and on adventures with her family.

Sanaa is thrilled to join Texas ENT Specialists and looks forward to welcoming new and returning patients with the same warmth, attentiveness, and care she's built her career on.
