Dr. Tracey Castillo received her Doctorate of Audiology from Lamar University, near her hometown of Nederland, TX. It was at Lamar University where she discovered her passion for the ear. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology, accredited through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, an American Board of Audiology as a Certificate Holder - Audiology Preceptor and Tinnitus Management.

More About Dr. Castillo

Dr. Castillo interests include, providing you with improved hearing, patient education and tinnitus management. She believes that patient education is the key to all healthcare. Having tinnitus herself, Dr. Castillo understands struggle it brings and is keen on helping clients manage their own challenges with tinnitus and hearing. Dr. Castillo is very family oriented and enjoys every moment with her loving husband, beautiful daughter, and rambunctious dogs. Her hobbies include woodworking, crafting, gardening, and she always enjoys some occasional couponing. Dr. Castillo's favorite quote is, "Dance like nobody's watching, Love like you've never been hurt, Sing like nobody's listening, and Live life as if its heaven on earth." She knows how important it is to live in the present. Dr. Castillo started her journey at Hearing Specialists of Texas in the fall of 2014. She was a new graduate when she started her path at Hearing Specialists of Texas. She enjoys learning from her fellow audiologists and clients each day.
