Ronald K. Newman, MD, FACS
Dr. Ronald Newman joined Texas ENT Specialists in 2006. Prior to that, he had practiced solo for 24 years. He joined Texas ENT Specialists so he could work with other highly skilled surgeons and provide even more services and care for his patients. Dr. Newman says the best part of being a doctor is interacting with the patients and performing surgeries.Dr. Newman is a native Texan and an Aggie. He grew up in San Antonio and attended Texas A&M University where he graduated magna cum laude. He went to medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and did his Otolaryngology residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
He has served as Chief of Surgery, Chief of Otolaryngology and Chief of Staff for the Conroe Regional Medical Center. He’s also served as Medical Director for Conroe Surgery Center. Dr. Newman is a Diplomate for the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He has been frequently honored by Texas Monthly as a Super Doctor.
Dr. Newman is an amateur cellist, enjoys reading and fly fishing. He’s been happily married since 1975 and is the proud father of two daughters.
Dr. Newman practices out of the Conroe office.
