James S. Toung, MD
Dr. James Toung strives to be the best and treats his patients with extraordinary care. His hard work is evident by his educational accomplishments. He graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor of arts with distinction in all subjects and summa cum laude in biology. He was also honored as the College of Arts & Sciences Graduation Name Banner Bearer which is awarded to the five students with the highest GPA. He was on the Dean’s list all eight semesters.Dr. Toung attended medical school at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA where he received the Phillip Francis DuPont Scholarship. Dr. Toung completed his internship and residency at the University of Michigan where he received several awards for his accomplishments.
