James H. Liu, MD, FAAP 

Dr. James Liu is a Houston Cougar having graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in psychology. He stayed in his Houston to attend medical school at Baylor College of Medicine. He headed north to Dallas to fulfill his internship and residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.  
 
Dr. Liu furthered his specialty by completing a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the nationally renowned Children’s Hospital Medical Center of Cincinnati located in Ohio. He joined Texas ENT Specialists in 2000. He has served as the Chair of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Houston Northwest Medical Center.
 
Dr. Liu is a Diplomate for the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.   Dr. Liu is also a fellow for the American Academy of Pediatrics. He’s active in several organizations including the Chinese American Doctor’s Association of Houston.
 
He sees patients at our Red Oak, Medical Center and Willowbrook offices.
